Coca Cola Lawsuits

Over the last decade, there have been many coca cola lawsuits. Most of the suits are brought on behalf of people that believe that the coca cola that is produced is harmful to their health. In some of the cases, there are people who have even claimed that the coca cola they are drinking causes them to have cancer.

Water shortage is a major concern impacting coca cola worldwide.

Water shortages would likely continue to trouble it for the rest of its existence in many of its countries of origin. This is one reason why the makers of coca cola are trying to come up with ways to increase production while at the same time, decreasing water use. One way that they hope to accomplish this is through the creation of new crops that have smaller growing systems – one with less water. There have been several lawsuits brought against companies that grow their crops with too small growing systems.

In June of 2021, there was actually a lawsuit brought against a major coca cola manufacturer.

A man died in his car while using the cell phone while driving. There were no seat belts on the vehicle and the man suffered serious head injuries. The company, which did not have a comprehensive cell phone policy, was found liable and was also fined over $6 million.

These are just two examples of lawsuits being brought against companies that do not have adequate policies in place regarding cell phone use while driving.

It has become increasingly important for all car owners to install a comprehensive cell phone policy. If you own a cell phone, you need to have one installed in your vehicle. However, there are some states that require you to have a comprehensive coverage policy or a special insurance policy in order to drive. If you are required to have a certain type of policy you should purchase it as soon as possible.

Most people will never be involved in a major accident that involves a cell phone.

However, it does happen. Companies that have policies against texting and driving are experiencing more serious accidents than ever before. In fact, there is a fifty percent increase in car accidents that involve cell phone use.

As a safe driver it is very important that you take all of your precautions.

You should always stop whenever you come upon a motor vehicle that is not in proper working order. You should also make sure that you use your cell phone in the event of an emergency. However, if you decide to drink and drive, you should not do so if you have a drink that is not designated only for adults. A drunk driving conviction can cost you your job, your spouse, your children, your freedom and your reputation.
